  I put an offer in on a house ,which was listed by agent named Christopher Broughton . He accepted the offer took my good faith deposit check that evening and then held an open house the next day where he chose to accept another offer and cancel mine. Instead of returning the check he cashed it. Now 4 days after the check cleared I am still going back and forth with Keller Williams to get my funds returned. I will never refer anyone or purchase any other properties as long as this company is involved in the sale I would rather find another property than deal with level of professionalism or lack there of. I suggest you steer clear of this company if any way possible !
