  Rob spent multiple Saturdays away from his family to assist my husband and I in purchasing our first home. When we finally found the one, we entered a competitive market and a multi-offer situation. Rob knew immediately what we needed to do to succeed, and we did. He professionally communicated with all parties in the most stressful of times. Our journey had many bumps, but Rob was confident and knowledgeable. He assured us at every step that he would 'get the job done.' My husband and I are thrilled to be in our first home, and owe it all to Rob for his hard work.

  Rob is very energetic. He put in a lot of energy into selling our house and even helped us look for another property. While his vision and ours didn't always match, he always gave us a honest opinion and assessment. I wouldn't hesitate at all to recommend friends or family to use his service and after looking at the closing fees I can truly say he does great realtor work for quite a bit less then the big realty firms.
